FC Plus modules
FCPlus platform can easily manage your entire fleet, create trips and tasks between drivers, and generate reports to help you make informed decisions.
Areas
The Areas module allows you to define areas of interest on the map and track the interaction of your vehicles with those Areas.
Assets
FCPlus Assets module enables to keep an eye on organization’s inventory and track the individual items. Special tag that can be monitored by the gps device is installed on the inventory item. One item can have several tags barcode, different security devices etc.
Customers
The Customers' module allows you to import the existing customer database and edit it in FCPlus. Customers are visualized on the map by using the exact coordinates. It is also possible to link specific tasks with specific customers.
Events
The Events module allows you to get real-time notifications on important events that are triggered by your vehicles. You can also review the history of these activities to analyze trends.
Expenses
The expenses module was designed to help you get a complete overview of all your expenses in one place. With a focus on fuel consumption, you can easily track your fuel usage by keeping records of your expense records.
Insurance
The Insurance module allows you to get real-time alarm notifications in case of car theft and to review a history of these activities.
Journal
The Journal module allows users to organize trips from the Trips module as Business or Private and add the necessary descriptions.
KPI
A key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a quantifiable metric that reflects how well an organization is achieving its goals and objectives. FCPlus KPI module enables monitoring the organization’s most important indicators such as fuel usage, etc.
Messages
The Messages module provides two-way communications via Garmin, or alternatively via SMS or e-mail. To access the Messages module, click on the Messages button on the FCPlus toolbar.
Reminders
The Reminders module allows to plan repair works and keep a maintenance log for the corporate vehicles. It allows you to plan whether a vehicle needs to be serviced before a trip.
Reports
The Reports module allows you to generate detailed charts of information on your vehicles and organization.There are some types of reports where the fields displayed may be customized by the user.
Tasks
The Task module was developed to help to manage the work of the field/delivery workers, plan their tasks more efficiently and be informed about what is happening within the team working flow.
Trips
The Trips module provides you with the route and additional aspects that are involved in a trip. A Trip can be defined as the segments of a vehicle's journey from one location to another.
Tacho
FCPlus Tacho module enables to have an overview of drivers activities in real-time with number values and to download tachograph files regardless of the driver, his activities or location of the vehicle.
Vehicles
The Vehicles module provides users with a view of the latest GPS and sensor-based information of their vehicles. It is the basic module which most organizations use today with Fleet Complete.

Organization settings
The Organization settings tab is used to define general organization settings such as: set up organization work hours, select user interface language, set custom settings for journal records, configure settings related to fuel station integrations and more.
OnDuty OffDuty driver startuses
System allows using person statuses to monitor when drivers are On Duty or Off Duty for the purpose of calculating their workhours and times dedicated to different tasks (e.g. driving, loading, unloading etc).

The People tab is located under the Settings menu. It is used to create and manage different types of users within the organization.
Roles manual
The Roles tab is used to define the rights of the users within the organization. You can create one or several different roles depending on the needs of your business.

FCPlus Settings module enables to keep an eye on your organization’s settings. Under settings module you can manage different types of settings withing your organization: people, roles, vehicles, vehicle groups, categories, events, etc.
Green driving manual
Using a special GPS device equipped with 3G sensors, the FCPlus system can monitor the driver´s behavior on the road. It tracks down sudden acceleration, braking and turns.
Hierarchy
A hierarchy is a level tree structure that allows you to create different levels of access rights and limit user access to parts of the system: Vehicles, Areas, Events, etc.

Privacy filter in FCPlus is a tool developed after GDPR took effect in 2018. Privacy filter enable the driver to make trips private out of the organization's work schedules.
