FCPlus Integration with fuel retailers
Related Manuals
FCPlus has integrated with some automotive fuel retailers to allow fuel expenses to be posted directly to the customer's account whenever fuel is purchased. Each retailer requires individual FCPlus account configuration and/or retailer site account configuration to benefit from automated fuel import.
FCPlus is integrated with the following retailers:
- Neste (LT, LV, EE, FI)
- Circle K (Baltics)
- Alexela (EE)
- Terminal Oil (EE), possibility to configure for other countries.
- LDT, VIADA, OLEREX
Configuration of integrations with fuel retailers takes place on retailer side and on the Fleet Complete side. Please get in touch with your FCPlus account manager or sales representative to find out more and set up the required integration(s).
To use integration with fuel stations Vehicles MUST have fueling cards assigned to them. You can assign fueling cards to vehicles in FCPlus -> Settings module -> Vehicles tab -> Properties -> Fuel card number.

Travelcard Integration
FC+ has integrated with TravelCard to help you manage your fueling expenses. Travelcard can be used at over 800000 locations across Europe to refueling, charging, parking or car washing.
Travelcard pushes all accumulated expenses to amazon SQS queue where FC+ pulls them from and based on fuel card number, FC+ locates the vehicle associated with the card and posts expenses to relevant company account.
How to start using the Travelcard integration?
- To start using service ask your sales representative to activate "Use Travelcard fuel import" under your account.
- Orgnization vehicle(s) MUST have Travelcard card number added under Settings-> Vehicles->Properties -> FuelCard Number.
The integration works as follows:
- travelcard sends expense to sqs
- FC+ queries expense from sqs
- FC+ check if any vehicle has same fuel card number that expense has and then add expense to FC+ database
- delete expense from sqs
- When pulling expense from SQS system will check which vehicle has same card number as transaction and will check if the customer is using Travelcard integration. If vehicle is found and customer uses integration - expense is posted to associated vehicle. If card not found then no expense is posted and transaction deleted from SQS.
* If 2 vehicles are found with same card number and in both cases customer using travel card integration - no transaction gets posted (internal logs will be addedwhere the error is logged that same card is added to 2 vehicles).
* If 2 vehicles are found with same card number and one of the customers is using Travelcard integration - transaction gets posted for that customer’s vehicle.
