- Areas report: Into what area the vehicle has the most driver to, it will count them.
- Areas group report: Same as areas report, but with the group.
- Areas report in worktime: It will show how many trips were done in work time and how many not.
- Asset Track Report:Allows tracking assets based on a selected time frame.
- Basic driver status change report: shows all drivers with their current statuses e.g. driver 1 is currently On Dutywith substatus Driving. Status ON/OFF time and Duration are not populated.
- Booking Fault Report: in booking, you can submit faults. This Report, it will show per vehicle what bookings have submitted faults.

- Booking billing by departments: Same as trips, but grouped by departments.
- Bookings without trips: As the name but vice versa, it will show bookings that don't match trips. For example, booking was created 2021.08.27 15:00 – 16:00, but in the organization, no vehicle was driving this time and then there isn't any match because our system doesn't generate the trip.
- Bt-tracker BT-tag registrations : If Bluetooth sensing is enabled on device and used in vehicle or some stationary place (garage), report will show which Bluetooth tags were present in Bluetooth sensor area in some timeframe.
- Compare with fuellings: is simple report, what shows fuel expenses together with actual Fuel report, when expenses stay into 30-minute window compared with fuellings. Read more.
- Country visits: It gives an overview; that of how long Vehicles have visited some countries.
- Country visits by drivers: It lists periods for how long drivers have visited some country.
- Country visits summary: It sums single visits in one nation together.
- Day report:it shows daily summary per vehicle per day. Report provides summarized data of how long and how far each vehicle has driven, how much time was spent on stops and idling. Report also provides the vehicle start and end location for that day.
- Day Report Details: It will show you this vehicle's trip segment data. Usually, Support users only have access to trip segments, but with this Report, also our clients can see details (not all data, but at least something).
- Driver day report: As the Report says, it will show driver's trips. However, this Report uses RFID to match these trips with a driver. Usually, this Report will be empty if the driver isn't connected with the vehicle by RFID.
- Distance intervals: It shows amount trips taken with a distance in an interval.
- Duty status details report:shows chronological driver status and substatus change during the day. Each status and each substatus are listed under separate row. NB! If running report for current day – current status duration is calculated from starting point to midnight. E.g. if driver is On Duty since 9am and started driving at 9am and right now its 11am, ‘Driving’ status duration will show time from Status On time till midnight – 15 hours (vs 2 that driver has actually been driving). Same duration will be shown for OnDuty status – 15 hours vs 2 hours.
- Driver status report:only driver name and driver id are shown, not clear if report is working.
- Duty status period report: shows On Duty durations during the day. Overall hours On Duty, and how many hours/minutes were spent in each of sub-statuses. E.g. overall On Duty 10 hours, Driving 8 hours, loading 1hour, unloading 1 hour. (report is configurable and columns can be added to show how much time driver spent on duty during holidays or evenings).
- Duty status day report:shows each On Duty status with substatuses duration. Each status is shown in separate row with substatuses being in separate columns under that row. NB! If running report for current day – current status duration is calculated from starting point to midnight. E.g. if driver is on duty and is currently driving and he came On Duty at 9am and started driving at 10am, right now its 11am, On Duty status duration will show 15 hours and ‘Driving’ status duration will show 14 hours (vs 1 hours that driver has actually been driving).
-
Journal Report with Idling times: is based on existing Journal report (lite) but with added column to show idling times. Report is filterable and configurable. Column ‘Idling Duration’ shows engine idling times after each driving segment before the next driving segment. Column ‘Stop Duration’ shows value for stops that were after Driving segment but before Idling segment (e.g. driving, stopping, idling - only idling time is shown, and stop duration before that idling).
-
Equipment report: It gives an overview of digital inputs, configured under the vehicle's properties, and has additional geocoding columns.
- Equipment day report: It gives an overview of digital inputs that are configured under vehicle properties.
- Fuel report: It will show when vehicles were refuelled. Plus, extra data, like where, how much, who etc. Read more.
- Fuel report with expenses :is based on Fuel report and gives overview of all fuellings and expenses over requested period, and pairs them together if possible. Unlike Compare with fuellings, it shows all expenses in separate rows, if needed. Read more.
- GreenDriving Daily Report: If the vehicle has "Green Driving" enabled, then our system will create three different events, these events are "Harsh acceleration, harsh braking, harsh cornering". And based on these events, you can see your statistic about this – this Report.
- GreenDriving Summary Report: Same as the daily, just summary of the period.
- Period report: It is functionally the same as the day report, but it contains only one row per vehicle and is like a summary row after the everyday report subsection.
- Shifts report: It can be used when the user has shifts configured; it contains all you need about shifts. Under these report you can filter too short/not relevant trips.
- Shifts report grouped by shifts: It is the same as previous but has different ordering.
- Stops with equipment usage: It shows all stops of the their vehicles between trip and whether any mounted equipment (if present) was used during those stops. Please note: Equipment usage can be included or excluded from the report.
- Speed limit violations report : Provides detailed information about the date, time, maximum speed, and location where the speed limit violation was done. After report will be done, you can check the exact location by clicking the Google Maps link. The link will be opened in a separate window.
- Spreader report: It provides detailed information on the administration of spreader materials. It includes the following data: Solid material name: salt, NaCL, etc; Average spread width: The width of the material spread.; Solid dosage: How much material was the spread; Duration: How long the spreading activity lasted; Distance: Distance in kilometers.
- Task Durations report: indicates how much time each task spent in certain status - TODO, In Progress etc.
- Task report: It is a shorter and not configurable version of the Tasks report. The task report does not show sub-tasks; therefore, if they are used, it is recommended to use the Tasks report to make sure all tasks are visible. The task report is not configurable and has a fixed set of data columns.
- Tasks report: This report gives information on all tasks within the selected time frame, grouped by the driver to whom they are assigned. Unassigned tasks are not listed. The report details all task data, including date, status, start and end times, and any task form data. It is configurable and allows you to select the columns you wish to see or hide.
- Time spent outside home areas: It measures how long a vehicle is outside the home area per day.
- Top destinations report: It will show where the vehicle has most often driven.
- Top routes Report: It will show you the most used routes; for example, when you drive from destination A to destination B two times in a day, it will show you in this Report that you have moved the same route two times.
- Trends - Aggressive Driving Driver comparison report: It shows aggressive driving events by drivers per 100km. Aggressive driving is determined by sharp acceleration, sharp braking, and speeding – this is something that system monitors by default.
- Trends - Aggressive driving Fleet events per 100km: It shows trend for selected vehicles or drivers for the month. Report shows either individual vehicle data or - when multiple vehicles are selected - data is summed up and average per each 100 km is calculated for all selected on monthly basis.
- Trends – Daily mileage report:his is a graph based report that gives a quick overview of how mileage covered by certain vehicles is changing on a daily basis. For example, if you select entire week, you can see that vehicles drive much less or none on the weekends vs weekdays.
- Trends - Fleet CO2 emission report :Report shows emissions for individual vehicles for period of time or sum emissions trend for all organization vehicles.
- Trends – Fleet monthly summary report - this is a graph based report that gives a quick overview of how mileage covered by all company vehicles is changing on a monthly basis. Report uses single month as one unit, so running it for less than a month will result in non-usable data. For example, if you run report for 2-3 months, you can see if your fleet’s total driving distance has increased or decreased with each month. Report can be beneficial when planning transport for the coming months based on trends from last year.
- Trends - Object Temperature Report:The report shows the trend of object’s engine temperature changes for selected period.
- Trips and journal report: This report displays all the trips and journals from respective modules. Temperature column shows trailer average temperature for the trip. This data is beneficial to the customers who are using freezer trailers to trace the trailer temperature throughout the day to make sure it stays within allowed limits.
- Trip type report: You can create custom trip types and assign these types to trips. In this report, you can see a summary of these trips that have custom types.
- Trips without booking: It will show vehicle's trips that don't have any matches with bookings.
- Vehicle count changes in areas: It shows how vehicle count in some areas changes in time.
- Vehicles not available: This Report is related to the booking. It will show what vehicles were occupied; they had bookings.
- Vehicle Usage Comparison Report: The report is meant to give a representation of leased vehicles average usage to help customer understand which vehicles should be used more, or less often - to keep allowed lease kilometers within limits. Report results are highlighted for easier overview (screenshot). It is best practice to run report for full months. But if needed report logic also works for shorter periods of time. Please note report calculations will NOT WORK if report start date is prior to the date when vehicle was added to FC+ with start odometer value. For period covering dates before vehicle registration in FC+ results will not be provided.
- Worktime report It will show how many trips were done in work time and how many not.
- Week report: It will give separately for every week's day overview, it also summaries workday and weekend day's data.
- Workhours Report LV and LT:This report provides an opportunity to measure work done by heavy machinery in working hours rather than in distance traveled, because with specialised vehicles you might see lot of expenses with relatively short travel distances.
Speed Limit report calculations
Speed limits calculation logic to diminish false road detections that can lead to wrong violations by attaching log points to sides with smaller limits. If the vehicle is driving on one road but a lower speed limit is picked up from a parallel road, such a record will be ignored as the ‘wrong’ road speed limit is detected.
If the Organization has an Organization form field with the key ‘specialTruckSpeedLimit' and the vehicle is of the type ‘Truck’, then if the speed limit returned from Google is higher than specialTruckSpeedLimit, consider it a violation (gap in the limit to a particular truck limit). This is to accommodate the need for some countries not to allow trucks to drive faster than 80km/h.
