they are safe and secure. BeWhere manufactures the AT1, and the device reports to their servers. Fleet Complete uses an API service to pull data to display the information in the Fleet Complete application. In this manual, we will discuss the overview of
the ATI GEN Q devices.
Key benefits
AT1 supports the following sensors:
- Internal Battery Level,
- Temperature (ambient).
- Barometric Pressure (ambient),
- Light (ambient),
- Humidity (ambient),
- External Temperature (Applies to the AT1 Wired)
- Ignition State (Applies to the AT1 Wired)
- Input State (Applies to the AT1 Wired)
- Analog data (Applies to theAT1 Wired)
Let's review the key features of the AT1 devices below:
- Operates on the LTE-M low power network.
- 2G fallback for cases
- One of the market's smallest and most affordable asset trackers.
- Captures humidity, temperature, light and impact stats.

Installing the AT1
- Determine the optimal mounting location of the Device, ensuring that it will not interfere with the regular operation of the asset.
- The device should be mounted vertically on a flat surface with the sensor opening on the upper side and a clear line of sight to the sky for optimal GPS coverage.
- Use two self-tapping screws to mount the device on a flat mounting surfac
Notes:
- Do not overtighten the self-tapping screws as they will crack the base.
- Avoid mounting the device under heavy metal as this will reduce range and effectiveness of GPS and cellular transmission.
- Zip ties or 3M double-backed tape can be used in interior or non-permanent installations.
Configuring device data settings for AT1
To configure the AT1, you can modify the Device Data settings (DDS) on FC Plus. This allows users to update the values for Stationary Transmit Interval, Enable Motion Detection, and Moving Transmit Interval.
- Log in to FC Plus
- From the main toolbar, click Settings
- Go to Vehicles tab
- Pick up AT1 device from the list
- Go to AT1 data settings tab:
Recommended reports
There is a special report called "AT1 Track". It will show all the information from AT1 device including temperature, humidity, battery level etc.
