Carsharing notifications

The Carsharing sends out booking notifications to Drivers. The notifications can be sent for new bookings, and or cancelled bookings, and/or or any modifications made to existing bookings.

Enable booking notifications: SMS

There are three types of Booking notifications:

• SMS
• E-mail
• Email and SMS

Please follow the steps below to set up SMS notifications for bookings:

1. Log in to FC Plus.
2. Select the "Settings module" on the top.
3. Click on My settings under the Settings module.
4. Enter the phone number.
5. Scroll down to the "Booking confirmation and notification" section.
6. Choose the Receive to SMS button.
7. Click the Save button.

The driver will receive the notifications in SMS, as shown below:

Enable booking notifications: EMAIL

Please follow the steps below to set up e-mail notifications for bookings:

1. Log in to FC plus.
2. Select the "Settings module" on the top.
3. Click on My settings under the Settings module
4. Enter the e-mail address.
5. Scroll down to the "Booking confirmation and notification" section.
6. Choose the Receive to e-mail address button.
7. Click the Save button.

The booking notifications can be viewed in the driver's Inbox, as shown in the picture.

The driver will have the opportunity to submit faults, end or cancel the booking from the notification e-mail.
