FCPlus app - General information

FCPlus app allows you to use FCPlus functional from your mobile. You can track your fleet, create tasks, use booking module and other features on the go. If you need to open extended version of the FCPlus, you can open it from browser on the phone. Mobile app is available for Android and iOS. 

Download FCPlus App on iOS

To download and install the FCPlus app on your iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Search for FCPlus app in the search bar at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Once you find the app in the search results, tap Get button.
  4. Authenticate your download using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  5. Wait for the app to download, then tap Open button to launch it.

Download FC Plus App on Android

To download and install the FCPlus app on your Android, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for FCPlus using the search bar at the top.
  3. In the search results, tap on the app.
  4. Tap Install button to download and install the app.
  5. Once the app has installed, tap  Open button to start using it.

Log In to the App

To login to FCPlus app follow the steps below: 

  1. Open the App on your device.
  2. On the main screen, tapLog In button.
  3. Enter your email and password in the appropriate fields.
  4. TapLog In button.

Forgot password

If you forgot FCPlus app password, follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the login page: Click on the "Forgot Password?" link located under the login form.
  2. Enter your email address in the provided field associated with your account. Make sure it's the one you used to sign up.
  3. Check your inbox: You'll receive an email with a password reset link. If you don’t see it in a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Click on the link in the email, and you’ll be taken to a page where you can create a new password. Make sure your new password is strong and unique!
  5. Log in with your new password: Once updated, use your new password to log in to your account via mobile app or browser version.

Change password

If you need to change FCPlus app password follow the steps below: 

  1. Click on the Log In icon on the top of the screen.
  2. Tap on Change password and the new window will open.
  3. Enter your current password, new password and retype new password, press on Set new password button to save changes.

FCPlus mobile app overview

In this screen from the FCPlus mobile app, here’s an overview of what each section offers:

Top section:

  • Back Arrow (left side): Close/Open main screen.
  • Profile Icon (right side):Access account settings or profile-related options.

Right-hand Side Menu:

  • Autolog: Access to private and business trips.
  • Vehicles: Manage or view details about your fleet or individual vehicles.
  • Tasks: A section for managing tasks.
  • Map: Access a map view to see vehicle locations.
  • Bookings: Schedule and manage bookings.
  • Customers: Manage customer information.

Bottom section:

  • Reports:View and manage various reports related to fleet performance or usage.
  • Settings: Access general app settings.

FCPlus app settings

You can access app settings from the bottom of the main screen by clicking Settings button after that settings screen will open: 

Under Settings panel you can find or change next parameters: 

  • Version
  • Language
  • Task list order
  • Keep screen from turning off
  • Detect and feedback
  • Reload application
  • Open web application
  • Reset application
  • Autolog: Default classification
  • Autolog: Working hours
  • Autolog: default purpose for business trips

App Version

To check the version of FCPlus app you're using:

  1. Open the Settings section of the app from the bottom of the screen.
  2. On the top of the screen you will see the version of the app.
  3. The current version number will be displayed there (e.g., Version 1.10.1).

Keeping your app updated ensures you have access to the latest features and improvements!

Change language

To change language of the FCPlus app: 

  • Open the Settings section of the app.
  • Tap on Language.
  • Choose your preferred language from the list of available options.

The app will automatically update to reflect your language selection.

Keep screen from turning off

You can protect you screen from turning off while you’re using the app. To switch on this feature go to the Settings section, tap on the Keep screen from turning off and choose one of the following settings: 

  • Always
  • While charging
  • Disabled (if you need to disable feature)

Open web application

If you need to use more functionality from your mobile phone then you can open web version of the application:

  • Go to Settings section of the app.
  • Scroll down and tap on Open web application button.

Web application will be opened in you mobile browser. 

Detect phone numbers

Detect phone numbers - scans all content looking for values which look like a phone number, injects a web link to provide tap-to-call feature when a match is found.

Reset application

You can reset the app in the Settings. This will clear all local caches, which can help fix issues like tasks not updating or an empty task list.
