System callbacks
It is a simple way to send out HTML post data to your application. If you want FCPlus system to notify your integrated application or system about something that has changed you can use system callbacks for that.
Defining system callback
System callback can be created or changed in Settings->System callbacks menu tab:
You can define system callback for Task updates, but also to updates of user or vehicle data. For defining the callback you need first to decide on which change the callback is needed. After clicking Add New in system callbacks view you can select the corresponding hook type under the Add Hook menu (current hooks visible in next picture).
If you select a callback hook for a task you need also to specify a correct task type for which the hook needs to run. You can also use extra keys as GET or POST parameters and add a bearer token to secure your application.
The Following REQUEST data will be pushed to the receiving address (TASK Inprogress example):
[record] => Array ( [id] => 20111627 [orgId] => 15983 [typeId] => 1479 [name] => test name [timestamp] => 2024-02-27 11:28:00+0200 [status] => INPROGRESS [driverId] => 2832404 [previousStatus] => TODO [isNew] => 0 [isDeleted] => 0 )
